On August 12, 2010, three members of the Pikes Peak Studio Tour went to “jail” as part of the Muscular Dystrophy Association’s annual Lock-Up. Over a few short weeks, Tour members contributed and collected a total of $1,251, coming in among the top 11 fundraisers. Tour members Maryse Levenson, Tracy Miller and Karen Pierce, shown in this photo, made impassioned phone pleas to raise more money and “make bail.” They had the opportunity to meet MDA staff and client families as well as fellow “jailbirds.” What a great way for the Tour to participate in an important event and give back to the Community!

We have until Friday, August 20th to reach our goal of $1,600 and we need your help! The funds we raise will send TWO kids to MDA Summer Camp for the best week of their year; pretty amazing huh?
